To support the Home Funders collaborative, which aims to increase the supply of housing for extremely low-income families in Massachusetts. To provide low-interest loans to not-for-profit housing developers who rent at least 20 per cent of the resulting housing to families with income below 30 per cent of the area median.

To fund its core affordable housing advocacy programme in Boston, Massachusetts. The focus of the grant is to expand affordable housing resources and address local regulatory barriers to affordable housing production. (Over three years)

To support efforts to secure a commitment that savings made to the New York City budget for providing shelter should be re-invested in systemic solutions and homelessness prevention. In the first instance the project will press for City legislation requiring public reporting of savings made. (Over three years)
