To develop permanent and sustainable perspectives for street children and youths through the development of a programme and activities in the centre of Sofia, Bulgaria aimed at meeting the most urgent needs: health care, education, vocational training, social rehabilitation and rebuilding family relationships. Animus Association Foundation
To mobilize communal resources for the multilevel responses required for child protection and to build the capacity of key professionals and organizations with a remit in the child protection system. To develop and pilot a joint protocol among the stakeholders involved in child protection in Oborishte Municipality, Sofia. (Over three years)

Delfin Foundation
To support the creation of a software programme which will help parents restrict inappropriate Internet surfing by their children thus protecting them from viewing adult sites, visiting non-modulated chat rooms and downloading games, etc. The proposed software will be both in English and Bulgarian and will be free-of-charge for users.

Demetra Association
To prevent sexual exploitation and trafficking of children in at-risk groups in Bourgas, Bulgaria. Using their connections with the Roma Community, the applicant will implement a preventative programme among the most vulnerable groups of the Bourgas population, including institutionalised children. To support the multi-disciplinary training work of ISPCAN’s network in Belarus, Estonia, Georgia and Russia.

Nadja Centre Foundation
To decrease child abuse and neglect through a united, professional, integrated delivery system in five municipalities across Bulgaria. The focus of the project is to involve the medical profession (general practitioners, school nurses and paediatricians) in existing multidisciplinary teams in the project locations.

To establish a resource centre for children and families in Haskovo, Bulgaria to develop and pilot models for the protection of children from abuse, the protection of children from trafficking and to support and reintegrate children who live without proper parental care. (Over three years)

To create a supporting environment in the district of Pernik, Bulgaria for a high-risk child sexual abuse group and child victims of violence.
