University of British Columbia
To generate a single integrated database containing key information for addressing issues of marine conservation globally. The database will contain over 200,000 marine species that can be easily accessed by the public who have access to the Internet. It will include growth parameters, reproductive success, habitat, commercial value, associated trade statistics and threat status. (Over two years)
