  To support a national mobilisation programme in the U.S. to help children who are struggling to learn. (Fourth year of five-year grant)

• Center for Applied Special Technology

  To develop and evaluate The Thinking Writer, a multimedia writing environment that supports students in the U.S. with learning differences. (Second year of three-year grant)

• Hill Center, Inc.

  To create a half-day school in the French-speaking region of Switzerland that is modelled after the highly successful Hill Center located in Durham, North Carolina, and to develop a continuum of services that will enable The Hill Center to effectively and efficiently support the new school. (Second year of three-year grant)

• National Center for Learning Disabilities

  To expand Get Ready to Read!, a national campaign in the U.S. to build early literacy skills of preschool children, through the expansion of resources for parents, teachers, and caregivers, and by providing information to policymakers about critical issues in early intervention. (Second year of two-year grant)
