To support a three-prong approach in preventing child abuse in families by training social workers, by training youth volunteers, and by strengthening the capacity of the Talsi Crisis Centre for women and children. (Second year of three-year grant)

To establish a 24-hour centre for children and families with children and to support the Day Centre to prevent crisis situations and provide rehabilitation of children and families with children in crisis situations. (Second year of two-year grant)
